We are committed to building an increasingly diverse Globo—both in representation and in thinking—learning from one another and fostering creativity and innovation. ******Work Model:** Hybrid work at Globo office locations (RJ, POA, SP, BH, RECIFE, or BRASÍLIA) **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your Day-to-Day:** * Develop, evolve, and maintain applications and APIs for Globo's identity platform, ensuring quality, security, and performance; * Participate in the construction and evolution of full-stack services, working both on backend and on necessary interfaces or integrations; * Understand and apply business rules related to the identity, authentication, and authorization domain; * Plan and execute tasks autonomously within the team’s deliverables; * Participate in technical discussions, contributing to solution design and evaluating technical trade\-offs; * Identify and propose improvements to applications, including reduction of technical debt and performance optimization; * Collaborate with the team through code reviews, testing, and knowledge sharing; * Support other internal teams relying on identity solutions; * Contribute to platform reliability, ensuring systems handle high traffic volumes and data loads while maintaining resilience and stability. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What You Need:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields—or equivalent experience; * Prior experience as a software developer in production environments; * Knowledge of REST API development; * Familiarity with relational and/or non-relational databases; * Experience working in teams applying engineering practices such as testing, code review, and continuous integration; * Experience developing software in collaborative environments; * Solid backend programming and API development skills; * Experience with code versioning (Git) and code review processes; * Experience with automated testing and software development best practices; * Knowledge of distributed systems or microservices architecture; * Experience working with agile methodologies; * Ability to understand business rules and translate them into technical solutions; * Knowledge of mobile development; * Experience developing in production environments requiring scalability and reliability. **What Sets You Apart:** * Experience with identity, authentication, or authorization platforms (IAM / CIAM); * Knowledge of RBAC or other authorization models; * Experience with high-scale architectures and high-traffic systems; * Experience with application observability and monitoring; * Knowledge of messaging or event processing; * Experience with cloud computing; * Experience with performance optimization and production troubleshooting. **Additional Information** **Why Join Globo:** Come and let’s build stories and technologies together.
