We are Bayer. **LEARN ABOUT OUR AREA:** We are the Breeding LATAM team, embedded within the Brazil Capability Hub’s pipeline delivery function, responsible for producing soybean seeds used to feed the country’s testing network, while ensuring On-Time and In-Full delivery across all processes—thus enabling the development of new products to be commercially launched in the coming years, delivering greater genetic gains combined with the best biotechnologies so farmers have access to the highest-quality soybean seed. **YOUR MISSION WILL BE:** * Receive and inspect field-sourced material, ensuring correct identification, recording of information, and initial assessment of seed condition. * Direct material to the appropriate process—sending it to dryers when necessary—and monitor moisture levels, packaging, and drying duration. * Carry out seed conditioning, operating equipment to perform cleaning, grading, sorting, and ensuring batch integrity and quality throughout the process. * Conduct inventory control—including physical counts, system-based records, identification of discrepancies, and updating data related to receipts, balances, and shipments. * Prepare, verify, and organize seeds for dispatch, ensuring correct identification, quantities, and standardized box configurations. * Record and track seed movements in internal systems, guaranteeing full traceability across all stages (receipt, drying, conditioning, storage, and shipment). * Maintain constant communication with other departments to align volumes, priorities, deadlines, and operational needs. * Adhere to internal HSE, Quality, and Compliance standards, meeting Stewardship and/or Regulatory requirements. **WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:** **Mandatory:** * Degree in Life Sciences (e.g., Engineering, Agronomy, Biology, or related fields) or Technical Agricultural/Agribusiness qualification; * Experience with soybean cultivation or other crops focused on seed processing; * Ability to translate data into actionable insights and information; * Intermediate Excel proficiency; * Experience working with databases; * Availability for 100% on-site work; **Desirable:** * Specialization in Seed Production; * Advanced Excel and/or Power BI knowledge is a plus; * Intermediate English; **WHAT ELSE YOU’LL FIND HERE:** At Bayer, our benefits framework rests on three essential pillars: integrated health, financial well-being, and work-life balance—all designed to promote quality of life and overall well-being for our employees: * Support for healthy lifestyle choices; * Identification and monitoring of potential physical and mental health risks; * Health promotion, prevention, and care initiatives; * Balance between personal and professional life; * Guidance for personal financial planning; * Insurance and private pension plans to support balanced long-term financial planning.
