Reporting to the Lab Manager, the Software Development Analyst III \- Full Stack role involves... Key Day\-to\-Day Responsibilities: * Technically lead and perform development of systems, components, and applications for various platforms, coding programs based on provided technical documentation, while adhering to pre\-established development standards (Design Patterns) and FIT technical standards, to meet requirements specified in the solution's technical scope. * Modify programs and/or system routines by changing processing logic, code, and other elements to fix defects and/or accommodate system changes and new requirements. * Conduct unit testing in the development environment to verify correct program execution, compliance with specified requirements, and adequate performance. * Fix defects identified during solution testing to comply with software quality processes. * Create supplementary documentation such as "helps", operational instructions, or data consistency correction guidelines. * Recommend and/or implement new software development procedures as needed, describing methods and operationalization in a standardized sequence aligned with the assured quality system, to pursue continuous improvement. * Identify emerging methodologies, technological standards, and innovative solutions representing the state\-of\-the\-art in software development through related research, participation in industry forums and debates, and engagement with business partners, to foster the development of new technical competencies grounded in modern software testing methodologies. * Act as a knowledge multiplier, providing technical support to peers. * Perform other related and/or inherent activities within your workflow. Required Experience for Our Team: * Bachelor's degree in Data Processing, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or other IT or Information Technology fields. * Proficiency in relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server) and non\-relational databases (MongoDB, Redis, Firebase). * Agile methodology (Scrum). * Version control tools (GitHub, Bitbucket). * Microcomputer applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint). * Technical English (for reading documentation). Desirable: * Proficiency in Full Stack development with focus on modern web applications, working both on Front End and Back End. * Solid experience with ReactJS, including hooks, Context API, routing, componentization, and performance optimization. * Experience in Back End development with Python, preferably using Flask or FastAPI. * Advanced knowledge of consuming and building RESTful APIs. * In\-depth understanding of architectural best practices (Clean Architecture, DDD) and repository organization (monorepo, microservices, etc.). * Experience with CI/CD, including pipelines, automated testing, and deployment in environments such as GCP, AWS, or Azure. * Advanced Git expertise (rebase, merge, conflict resolution, GitFlow workflows). * Proficiency in automated testing (unit, integration, end\-to\-end) using Pytest, Jest, or Cypress. * Familiarity with Docker containers and orchestration using Docker Compose (Kubernetes). * Proficiency in monitoring/logging tools such as Sentry, Grafana, Prometheus, or Stackdriver. * Ability to mentor junior developers and serve as a technical reference. * Experience with performance and security testing (e.g., OWASP, Postman tests, k6\). * Experience with messaging systems (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka, Pub/Sub). * Participation in architecture decisions and legacy system refactoring. * Relevant certifications or open\-source contributions.
