Job Summary: The Access Controller is responsible for managing the entry and exit of people and vehicles, ensuring asset security and compliance with regulations, as well as recording incidents and guiding visitors. Onet Brasil has an opening for an Access Controller on a 12x36 daytime shift (odd-week schedule) in Capivari. Control the entry and exit of employees, visitors, service providers, and third parties; identify and register visitors according to established procedures; grant access only upon authorization from the responsible department; Control vehicle entry and exit, recording information when necessary; Verify documents, ID badges, credentials, and access authorizations; receive visitors and direct them to their respective departments; Ensure compliance with asset security and access control regulations; monitor gates, barriers, and other facility access points; Notify leadership or responsible personnel in case of irregularities or suspicious situations; record incidents in logbooks, systems, or operational control applications; Guide employees and visitors regarding company and client internal regulations; manage the delivery and pickup of materials, equipment, and packages, as specified in unit procedures; Support emergency procedures, following the Emergency Response Plan (ERP) and leadership instructions; Maintain constant communication with supervision regarding any operational incidents.
