Job Summary: Process internship to assist in the analysis, improvement, and standardization of production processes, monitoring performance indicators and implementing continuous improvements. Engineering support for process standardization **About the company:** Jaguar Industrial is seeking a PROCESS INTERNSHIP candidate. **Responsibilities:** * Assist in analyzing and improving production processes; * Support the development and updating of work instructions; * Monitor production performance indicators; * Support the implementation of continuous improvements (Lean Manufacturing); * Assist in process mapping and identification of optimization opportunities; * Support the engineering department in process standardization; * Monitor testing and validation of new processes and products. **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields; * Basic knowledge of industrial processes; * Intermediate Office suite proficiency (especially Excel); * Familiarity with quality tools (5S, PDCA, etc.) is desirable; * Strong communication and organizational skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Familiarity with reading and interpreting technical drawings; * Prior experience (even academic) in the industrial field. **Additional Information:** * Working hours: 6 hours per day; * Internship stipend commensurate with market standards; Type of position: Internship Contract duration: 24 months Compensation: R$2\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Free parking * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation voucher Work location: On-site
