Job Summary: This professional will provide support for backbone operations, perform optical network splicing and testing, organize materials, and complete technical documentation. Key Highlights: 1. Operational organization and technical documentation **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday: 8 AM to 6 PM; Saturday: 8 AM to 12 PM. **Experience Level:** Not Specified **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * SUPPORT FOR BACKBONE OPERATIONS: Support installation, expansion, and maintenance activities of backbone optical networks under direct supervision. * PERFORMING SPLICING AND TESTING: Perform simple fiber splicing, conduct basic continuity tests, and record results. * OPERATIONAL ORGANIZATION: Organize materials, tools, and PPE required for service order execution. * TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION: Complete activity reports with operational data and basic measurements. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education. * Basic knowledge of optical networks (cables, connectors, CTOs, DIOs). * Initial operation of OTDR, power meter, and fusion splicing tools under guidance. * Familiarity with interpreting network layout drawings and sketches. * Knowledge of safety procedures (NR10 and NR35\). * Proactivity in acquiring technical knowledge. * Responsibility for tools, PPE, and procedures. * Good interpersonal skills within the field team. * Commitment to safety and technical standards. **Benefits:** Life Insurance
