Customer service and order taking **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 13:00 to 11:00 and from 13:00 to 17:00 **Level:** Not specified **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * **Attend SENAI courses from Monday to Tuesday, 13:00 to 17:00** * Wednesday to Friday as required by the company * May be scheduled from 13:00 to 17:00, Wednesday to Friday * Customer service * Answer questions about offered products * Order taking * Work in a team, collaborating with colleagues to achieve set objectives. * Perform other related duties as required by the department. **Requirements:** * Completed or currently pursuing high school education. * Age between 14 and 23 years. * Interest in customer service and order taking * Good verbal and written communication skills. * Willingness to learn and develop professionally. * **Must be enrolled in and regularly attending regular school (elementary education) if high school has not yet been completed;** Registration Documents: Required if selected for hiring * **Enrollment application form;** * **Official document containing the student’s RG and CPF numbers;** * **Official document containing the legal guardian’s RG and CPF numbers, if the student is under 18 years old;** * **Recent proof of address (within the last six months);** **Benefits:** No benefits specified
