PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:** 1\.1\. This selection process aims to select professionals to fill vacancies according to SEST SENAT’s needs. The process will consist of eliminatory and classificatory stages. 1\.2\. Candidates who pass the selection process may be called to assume the position within the validity period of the selection process, respecting the classification order. 1\.3\. The Selection Process aims to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below: **POSITION:** Instructor (Young Apprentice) **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Indefinite-term employment contract, in accordance with the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT). **BENEFITS:** Services provided at Operational Units, including dental, psychological, physiotherapy, and nutritional care; transportation allowance (as stipulated by current legislation for those who opt for it); meal allowance and/or food allowance for positions with a 44-hour weekly workload. Proof of required qualifications must be demonstrated via: a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by an institution recognized by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC), and/or; b) Certificate of course completion accompanied by academic transcript, both duly signed and stamped (only valid for up to 180 days following degree completion). **EXPERIENCE:** EXPERIENCE IN PEDAGOGICAL ACTIVITIES AND TEACHING CLASSES TO YOUTH OR ADULTS IN THE FOLLOWING CURRICULAR AREAS: PORTUGUESE LANGUAGE, WRITING, INTERPERSONAL RELATIONSHIPS, MOTIVATION, LEADERSHIP, HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT, ADMINISTRATION AND/OR FINANCE. **PROOF OF EXPERIENCE:** Documentation submitted must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum requirements, otherwise documents will be rejected.
