Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for auditing various areas of the Organization, ensuring compliance, identifying risks, and proposing improvements to enhance transparency and efficiency in processes. Collaborate with audited areas on action plans and monitoring The professional will conduct audits across various departments and companies within the Organization to ensure compliance with internal policies and standards, laws, regulations, and industry best practices. They will identify risks and propose improvements to internal controls, promoting transparency and efficiency in operational, financial, and other processes. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Understand and map processes; * Develop the risk and control matrix; * Define audit scope and plan, including schedule, identification of critical/sensitive areas, and objective setting; * Coordinate with other departments to understand processes and collect necessary information for audits; * Perform control testing, interviews, and data analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of processes and internal controls; * Document and evidence audit findings in accordance with Internal Audit standards and methodologies; * Identify potential and/or realized risks in company operations and assess their criticality and various impacts; * Prepare detailed audit reports containing observations, examples, impacts, and recommendations for improvement; * Prepare summary reports (Executive Summary / One Page); * Present findings to senior management, highlighting key points and recommended actions; * Collaborate with audited areas to develop action plans and monitor implementation of proposed improvements; * Follow up to ensure identified issues have been adequately resolved; * Stay updated on changes in regulations, audit methodologies, and industry best practices; * Identify opportunities to improve internal audit processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields; * Postgraduate degree in Internal Audit / GRC is desirable; * Knowledge of Global Standards for Internal Audit – IPPF (IIA) is required; * Experience in process mapping and flowcharting; * Experience in developing Risk and Control Matrices; * Required expertise in Internal Controls / GRC; * Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; * Power BI; * Basic knowledge of Technology / Management Systems; * Knowledge of GRC systems; * Certifications (e.g., CIA, CISA) are considered a plus; * Agile methodologies are desirable; * Control Self-Assessment is desirable; * Continuous Auditing / RPA / AI experience is desirable; * Strong writing skills; * Clear and concise communication; * Results-oriented; * Business ownership mindset; * Strategic vision; * Deadline awareness. **At Vedacit, our greatest motivation is transformation!** We transform the lives of millions of people by improving housing conditions and making your home our cause!
