Job Summary: Performs low-complexity operational activities in utility systems, focusing on support for boilers, cooling, water and effluent treatment, and biomass conveyor belts, under direct supervision, emphasizing safety and efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Operational support for utility systems, with focus on boilers and biomass. 2. Work under direct supervision, prioritizing safety, organization, and efficiency. 3. Conduct visual inspections, basic maintenance, and chemical control. Perform low-complexity operational activities in utility systems, focusing on supporting boiler operation, cooling systems, chemical dosing and monitoring at the water and effluent treatment plant, and biomass feed conveyor belts. Work under direct supervision, emphasizing safety, organization, and efficiency. **Responsibilities and Duties** Assist in start-up and shutdown operations of biomass conveyor belts; Perform simple visual inspections on conveyor belts and boilers; Assist in basic maintenance of conveyor belts; Support cleaning and unclogging of conveyor belts; Conduct raw material testing and assist in chemical control; Immediately report irregularities to leadership; Dose raw materials whenever necessary; Carry out all planned production activities, reporting difficulties to the immediate supervisor; Collect samples for laboratory analysis per operational instructions; Ensure organization, hygiene, and cleanliness of work areas to maintain a suitable working environment; Perform duties in alignment with the company’s values, policies, guidelines, procedures, and processes, always focusing on organizational goals, and maintaining confidentiality and protecting company information; Maintain discipline in the 5S program, aiming for safe work through organization, standardization, and workplace cleanliness; Safeguard company assets under one’s responsibility, promptly reporting any problems or damages detected to the immediate supervisor; Comply with Work Instructions (WIs) and NR-13 regulations for boilers; Perform job-related tasks respecting all occupational safety, health, and environmental regulations established by the organization, as well as consistently using all mandatory Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required for the position and department, and responsibly reporting to the immediate supervisor any activity posing risk to one’s own health or that of fellow workers; Perform duties in alignment with the company’s values, policies, guidelines, procedures, and processes, always focusing on organizational goals, and maintaining confidentiality and protecting company information; Maintain discipline in the 5S program, aiming for safe work through organization, standardization, and workplace cleanliness; Safeguard company assets under one’s responsibility, promptly reporting any problems or damages detected. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed high school education; Prior experience in the field is desirable. **Additional Information** Benefits: Meal allowance; Health plan (Unimed); Dental plan; Transportation allowance; Profit-sharing program (PPR); Gympass; On-site meals.
