Main Responsibilities (Day-to-Day Tasks)** * **Machine Operation:** Start up, feed, operate, and shut down industrial equipment following standard procedures. * **Monitoring:** Monitor the production line flow to prevent bottlenecks or unnecessary stoppages. * **Basic Quality Control:** Conduct visual inspections or quick tests to separate defective products (scrap). * **Packaging and Logistics:** Assemble boxes, package finished products, apply labels, and often organize materials onto pallets. * **Organization and Cleaning:** Maintain a clean and organized workplace, typically adhering to methodologies such as "5S". **2. Technical Skills (Hard Skills)** Although many positions require only a completed high school education and provide on-the-job training, certain technical attributes are essential or significant differentiators: * **Basic Mathematics:** Ability to count parts, measure volumes, calculate weights, and complete production reports. * **Safety Regulations:** Knowledge of and strict adherence to the use of **PPE** (Personal Protective Equipment) and occupational safety standards (e.g., NR-12). * **Tool Knowledge:** Familiarity with hand tools and simple measuring instruments (e.g., calipers and tape measures). * *Bonus:* Technical courses (e.g., Basic Mechanics, Electrotechnology, Metrology) or specific certifications (e.g., forklift operator). **3.
