This role will operate both strategically and operationally, ensuring optimal commercial terms, delivery schedules, and quality standards, while maintaining continuous supplier relationships and directly supporting construction site and internal department requirements. Responsibilities and Activities * Execute the full purchasing cycle: request for quotations, negotiation, analysis, and finalization. * Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, and commercial conditions. * Issue purchase orders and monitor the purchasing cycle through to receipt of materials/services. * Identify and develop new suppliers for materials and services within the real estate sector. * Support construction sites and other departments with technical supply-related requirements. * Analyze proposals and prepare comparative evaluation matrices to support decision-making. * Monitor deliveries, ensuring continuous follow-up with suppliers. * Update and maintain procurement records, contracts, documents, and performance indicators. * Conduct market analyses, track trends, and assess price fluctuations for supplies. * Contribute to internal improvements in procurement processes and policies. Requirements **Education:** * Completed high school (Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, Commercial Management, or related fields). **Experience:** * Prior experience in procurement, preferably within civil construction or real estate development. * Experience in negotiation, supplier development, and procurement management. **Desired Knowledge:** * Intermediate or advanced Excel proficiency.
