Job Summary: Senior Recruitment and Selection Analyst to lead recruitment processes and support onboarding procedures at a company in the solar energy sector. Key Highlights: 1. We are seeking a **Senior Recruitment and Selection Analyst** to work in **Florianópolis/SC**. **Responsibilities:** * Lead end-to-end recruitment processes (operational, technical, administrative, and strategic); * Align candidate profiles with requesting managers; * Create and publish job postings on platforms suitable for the engineering and energy sectors; * Screen resumes with focus on specific technical competencies; * Conduct competency-based interviews; * Administer technical and behavioral assessments when required; * Prepare candidate evaluation reports to support hiring managers' decision-making; * Support initial onboarding procedures, including system registration and payroll system verification. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields; * Experience in end-to-end recruitment and selection processes; * Experience handling high-volume recruitment; * Knowledge of payroll systems for onboarding processes. * Residency in Florianópolis/SC; * Experience working in engineering or energy companies. **Desirable:** * Familiarity with the Rubi (Senior) system; **Benefits:** * Compensation: R$ negotiable; * Meal Allowance and/or Food Voucher (IFOOD): R$ 930.00 per month; * Health Insurance (UNIMED); * Dental Insurance (UNIODONTO); * Life Insurance fully covered by the company; * Birthday Day Off; * Totalpass; * Onhappy; * In-office massage; * GPTW Certified — our organizational climate is outstanding! * Complimentary coffee, fruits, and cookies; * Annual action calendars for team integration and stress relief. **We believe our differences strengthen us, which is why we promote and value a culture of diversity and inclusion.**
