Attention: * Benefits apply specifically to Brasília; they may vary in other regions; * Eligibility for certain benefits depends on minimum tenure with the company. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Coordinate technical processes and departmental activities in accordance with corporate standards and practices; * Conduct critical analysis of results and present performance indicators to management; * Develop new projects; * Manage the operational and hospital technical core, including personnel management; * Manage the quality management area, including personnel management, non-conformance processes, audits, documentation, and related activities; * Manage the procurement area, including: Personnel management; Procurement, receipt, storage, and distribution of supplies; * Manage people within the departments under coordination, including: Monitoring attendance records, vacations, absences, and medical certificates; providing respectful feedback; fostering team autonomy; recruiting and training employees. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Biomedicine or Pharmacy/Biochemistry; * MBA or postgraduate degree in People Management and/or Quality Management is desirable; * Training as an Internal Auditor under PALC standards is desirable (a major differentiator); * Experience in team management / commercial vision and performance indicator management; * Experience in the technical field; * Prior experience in the healthcare sector (a major differentiator); * Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and managerial reporting tools. **Additional Information** **Documentation** Applicant, please note that upon application, if selected in the hiring process, the following documents will be required for potential onboarding: updated and identified vaccination card showing the following vaccines: 2 doses of MMR, Diphtheria-Tetanus (DT), Yellow Fever (YF), 1st, 2nd, and 3rd doses of Hepatitis B, and 1st and 2nd doses of COVID-19; birth or marriage certificate; ID (RG); CPF; voter registration card; work record book (Carteira de Trabalho); PIS number; proof of minimum required education level for this position; proof of residence with ZIP code (CEP); military service certificate or enlistment certificate (for males over 18 years old); plus any other position-specific documents. **Notes** * We carefully and thoughtfully review all applications.
