**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Achieve customer loyalty and service quality targets;
* Receive and welcome customers;
* Assess B2C customer needs and offer the most suitable value proposition;
* Demonstrate to customers that a solution is always available;
* Build relationships and deliver an outstanding experience in every customer interaction;
* Retain and foster customer loyalty;
* Guide customers on product and service usage;
* Inform customers about rules and contractual terms related to products and services;
* Provide after-sales support;
* Prospect and qualify commercial opportunities;
* Negotiate and close sales;
* Submit periodic reports on executed activities, upcoming actions, and results obtained from the sales funnel;
* Manage and update CRM and ERP systems;
* Monitor cash flow and perform daily cash reconciliation;
* May occasionally be assigned additional responsibilities related to campaigns, projects, or products;
* Generate and verify sales quality control reports;
* Submit periodic reports on executed activities, upcoming actions, and results obtained from the sales funnel;
* Assess B2C and B2B customer needs and offer the most suitable value proposition;
* Identify, conduct, and lead departmental training sessions;
* Jointly plan monthly sales and loyalty actions with your leader;
* Support leadership in guiding and mentoring the consultant team.
**Requirements and Qualifications** **Skills:**
Microsoft Office Suite;
Sales experience;
Customer service techniques;
Familiarity with sales goals and performance indicators;
Technical knowledge in telecommunications.
**Education:**
Completed high school or completed/ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration or related fields.
**Additional Information** **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–12:00 PM and 1:00 PM–6:30 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM–12:00 PM
