




Job Summary: A professional to manage technical team routines, supervise service deliveries, and ensure compliance with SLAs for medical equipment maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Daily technical staff routine management and service order tracking 2. Implementation of service improvement projects and KPI analysis 3. Supervision of service scheduling and procurement of technical equipment Description: * Develop daily routines for technical staff * Monitor OS openings in Arkmeds for appropriate follow-up actions * Implement technical department improvement projects * Respond to issues raised by the biweekly Budget Tracking KPI * Analyze and monitor departmental service KPIs * Supervise and control the technical service schedule and availability of spare parts for on-site maintenance * Perform technical validation and procurement of equipment and simulators for calibration and technical maintenance * Ensure compliance with all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) * Release service vehicles daily, assigning responsibility for each vehicle Desired Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related fields (exact sciences or technology area) Experience managing Technical Assistance teams (preventive and corrective maintenance of medical equipment) Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite 2511160202461215779
