**INFRASTRUCTURE OPERATIONS TECHNICIAN** Location: Av. Borges De Medeiros, 1501 – 7th Floor – Praia de Belas \- Porto Alegre / RS \- ZIP Code: 90110\-150\. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 12:00 \- 13:00 to 18:00 or 08:00 to 12:00 / 13:00 to 17:00 Contract: CLT \- 100% On-site **What we seek:** Currently enrolled in or completed a bachelor's degree in Information and Communication Technologies (ICT), or a bachelor's degree with specialization in ICT. MCSA certification MCSE certification or Linux LPI – 3 (mixed Windows/Linux environment) Minimum of **three (3) years** of **proven professional experience** providing support for ICT infrastructure-related services. Availability for overtime. **Responsibilities:** Administration and maintenance of Windows and Linux servers Management of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, DFS, WINS, and printing services Administration of IIS and Apache web servers Server and desktop virtualization using Microsoft Hyper\-V File management, replication, auditing, and access blocking Execution and monitoring of backup and restore operations for Windows Server and SQL Server environments Infrastructure monitoring using PRTG, Nagios, and Zabbix Creation and maintenance of PowerShell scripts and automation workflows Log management, permissions, access profiles, and security policies Application of OS updates, patches, and hardening measures Monitoring of service performance, capacity, and availability Generation of technical reports, performance indicators, and charts Capacity planning, upgrades, and equipment procurement Implementation and support for high-availability solutions, clusters, and load balancing Development and maintenance of technical documentation and disaster recovery plans Installation, configuration, and support for corporate services and systems Administration and updating of McAfee antivirus on servers Technical support for projects, continuous improvement initiatives, and IT service management Creation and updating of procedures, flowcharts, and troubleshooting scripts Identification of improvements and provision of technical support related to IT infrastructure **What we offer:** Salary: R$4\.544,92 ️ Meal Allowance: R$ 37 per workday Transportation Allowance ️ GoGood ️ Life Insurance SESC Benefit Program **Do you meet the requirements?
