Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to work in tax consulting, focusing on payroll processing and verification, as well as HR process management, within a collaborative and challenging environment. We seek professionals motivated by challenges, with a strong business-oriented mindset and focused on identifying opportunities and solutions. **Responsibilities:** Assist in payroll processing and verification; Calculate: annual leave (standard and pro-rata), 13th salary, severance payments, overtime, allowances, and deductions; Calculate and verify labor-related charges (INSS, FGTS, IRRF); Submit and monitor events in eSocial; Generate and verify DCTFWeb, Digital FGTS, and payment guides; Manage and close electronic timekeeping records; Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes; Update employee registration data and documentation; Support monthly payroll closing and ancillary obligations; Prepare managerial reports on payroll and labor-related charges; Provide customer support via WhatsApp, email, and telephone; **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or People Management; Proficiency in the Domínio system; Proficiency in Excel; Knowledge of labor legislation and regulations **Skills:** Organization and attention to detail (essential for payroll) Responsibility and confidentiality regarding sensitive information Strong communication skills Deadline management (especially payroll closing) Proactivity Ability to work under pressure during closing periods **We Offer:** On-site position, from 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM — Monday to Friday Work location: Praia de Belas neighborhood – Porto Alegre Transportation allowance + meal/food voucher of R$ 34.10 (per working day) Gym benefit SESC membership Doctor Clin Health Plan Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree
