Job Summary: A civil construction company is seeking a Budget Analyst to prepare budgets, monitor construction projects, and analyze designs, with a focus on renovations and new constructions. Analysis of various types of projects and development of schedules A civil construction company located in the Floresta neighborhood of Porto Alegre is hiring: **Position**: BUDGET ANALYST \- (Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, or related fields) **RESPONSIBILITIES:** \- Measurement of renovation/construction services and data collection at client sites; \- Preparation of budgets and proposals for renovations and construction projects; \- Evaluation of services and definition of technical solutions; \- Monitoring of construction projects and services; \- Analysis of architectural, hydraulic, electrical drawings, and descriptive specifications; \- Development of construction project schedules; \- Quotation and procurement of civil construction materials and specialized services; **REQUIREMENTS:** \- Advanced knowledge of construction, installation, and renovation project phases; \- Knowledge of civil construction materials and services; \- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD; \- Proven experience documented in CTPS (Brazilian employment record). **WE OFFER:** Salary negotiable; Meal allowance: BRL 30.00 per day — Total monthly amount: BRL 660.00; Transportation allowance or fuel assistance via card; Attendance and punctuality bonus; After probation period: Unimed medical and dental plan with payroll deduction (optional); An environment that stimulates learning and continuous development \*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\* Must reside in Porto Alegre/RS or metropolitan area.
