




**RESPONSIBILITIES:** Plan, prepare and deliver in-person training sessions for the sales team; Develop instructional materials (presentations, handouts, service scripts, practical exercises); Conduct onboarding processes for new employees, conveying the company's culture, mission, and vision; Carry out periodic refresher training on sales techniques, customer service, and negotiation; Apply group dynamics and role plays to practice commercial techniques; Evaluate participants' performance during and after training sessions, providing feedback and reports to management; Identify training needs together with supervisors and managers, proposing continuous improvements to training programs. **REQUIREMENTS:** Bachelor’s degree in progress or completed in Administration, Sales Management, Marketing, Pedagogy or related fields; Experience in training sales teams or call centers; Strong verbal communication skills, teaching ability, and group engagement skills; Knowledge of sales techniques, negotiation, and customer service; Experience as a training instructor **WORK HOURS:** Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM **BENEFITS:** Transportation allowance and meal voucher.
