Job Summary: We are seeking an engaged professional to assist in monitoring and managing patient visits and processes under the Integrated Care Offer Program (OCI) within Brazil's Unified Health System (SUS), in an environment of excellence and humanism. Join one of the **country's most modern hospital complexes**, recognized nationally and internationally for the **quality and safety** of its medical practice and the **humanism** demonstrated by its professionals—supported by innovative processes and equipment. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor and schedule patient visits under the Integrated Care Offer Program (OCI) within the SUS; * Track appointment dates for patients enrolled in the program; * Verify opening and control of Authorization for Healthcare Procedures (APACs); * Schedule and monitor exams with the Diagnostic Imaging Center (CDI) and the Ambulatory Diagnostic Center (EDA); * Monitor release of pathology results and patient follow-up appointments; * Track and record performed procedures, including specialist consultations; * Assist in organizing and releasing billing statements within established deadlines. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Nursing; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; **Additional Information** **Learn about our benefits:** * On-site cafeteria; * Transportation allowance; * Market-competitive internship stipend; We are Santa Casa de Porto Alegre, a hospital complex comprising eight hospitals and boasting over **two hundred years of history**.
