




Description: * Currently enrolled in or graduated from a bachelor's program in Architecture and Urban Planning or Civil Engineering; * Experience in developing complementary projects (hydraulic, electrical, and drainage); * Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) methodology is desirable; * Proficiency in drafting and modeling software such as Revit and AutoCAD; * Knowledge of applicable ABNT technical standards, especially NBR 5410, NBR 5626, NBR 10844, and NBR 15527; * Experience with tools for developing complementary projects, such as QI Builder or equivalent software; * Intermediate proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint); * Experience with Navisworks or other project coordination tools is desirable. * Develop, detail, and review hydraulic, electrical, and drainage projects, applying technical criteria and calculation standards. * Support the development and detailing of architectural projects using BIM (Revit). * Support interdisciplinary coordination (architecture, civil, electrical, and hydraulic), identifying interferences and proposing technical solutions. * Prepare calculation reports, material lists, and quantity take-offs for developed projects. * Maintain organization and control of technical document revisions and files. * Support the team in developing drawings, reports, and technical documentation. * Support field and construction teams by providing technical assistance regarding project interpretation. * Conduct surveys and update models according to project revisions. * Ensure compliance with ABNT standards and current legislation, guaranteeing safety, efficiency, and performance of installations. 2512060202191849792
