**RESPONSIBILITIES:** Provide nursing care and patient care; Maintain nursing records; Assist the multidisciplinary team in procedures and prepare supplies to be used; Administer treatments according to medical guidance and prescriptions; Receive and transmit information during shift handovers, based on situations and incidents occurring during the shift; Clean materials and the ambulance vehicle according to the Infection Control Service’s instructions; Organize the workplace and replenish supplies; Perform duties in compliance with good practices, biosafety standards, and infection control procedures; Support other administrative activities relevant to the area of operation; Develop, document, and disseminate routines aligned with quality and patient safety culture; Drive a land vehicle designated for patient care and transportation, maintaining communication with the medical regulation center, following instructions and protocols, and assisting the healthcare team in basic and advanced life support, while observing and complying with traffic and environmental regulations; Thoroughly know the vehicle and promptly report any identified changes; Thoroughly know all equipment, materials, and medications available in the ambulance; Perform mechanical and clinical checklists for the ambulance, verifying supplies, medications, and equipment according to established standards; Know the locations of healthcare facilities within Unimed Porto Alegre’s coverage area. **REQUIREMENTS:** Active COREN registration; Emergency Vehicle Driver Training Course; Valid Class D driver’s license (CNH D); Experience in pre-hospital emergency and urgent care; Experience in hospital-based nursing in Urgency and Emergency and/or pre-hospital settings; Availability to work at SOS operational bases in Porto Alegre and the Metropolitan Region; Completion of Nursing Technician training. **WORK SCHEDULE:** 12x36 shift schedule – working as a relief staff member **BENEFITS:** Transportation Allowance; Meal Voucher (R$33.00 per day); Hazard Pay Register your resume at buscarvagas.com.br and stay updated on the best opportunities.
