




**RESPONSIBILITIES:** Responsibilities: Implement administrative routines and guide compliance with regulations; Coordinate cleaning and reception services; Manage work schedules, evaluate team performance, train staff, and reassign personnel; Monitor attendance, prepare documents and reports; Manage vacation schedule spreadsheet; Interview and approve candidates, monitor employee performance during the probationary period; Control and send documents to clients; Provide customer support; Manage uniforms and personal protective equipment (PPE); Manage entry and exit times via electronic time clock; Supervise adherence to pre-established cleaning schedules in condominiums / Create cleaning schedules; Manage work schedules, evaluate team performance, and reassign personnel; Manage vacation schedule spreadsheet; Answer questions regarding benefit and salary payments; Administer health plan enrollment requests. **REQUIREMENTS:** Requirements: Completed high school education; higher education in administration or related fields preferred; Computer literacy (Microsoft Office suite and other applications); Basic knowledge of labor routines; Knowledge of organic reception and general services areas; Driver’s license category B; Experience in team management. Must demonstrate organization, proactivity, leadership, responsibility, initiative, discernment, flexibility, ability to handle adverse situations, and strong communication skills. Must demonstrate fluency in verbal, written, and digital communication. **WORK SCHEDULE:** Work hours: Monday to Thursday and Friday, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM; on Friday, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM. **BENEFITS:** Salary: BRL 1,773.71.
