While we work to integrate our job opportunities, candidates are encouraged to explore openings posted under both Bunge and Viterra. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Support grain classification by collecting samples from trucks and entering classification data into systems to generate specific reports per internal procedures. * Perform moisture, impurity, and other analyses, entering classification results via the LABS system and manual internal controls. * Store soybean samples and notify the immediate supervisor of any samples failing the company’s predefined standards. * Operate low-complexity unloading and storage equipment, as well as perform pre-cleaning of grains. * Monitor product dispatch to internal units or ports, verifying quality until shipment and upon arrival at destination. * Participate in inspections of grain transport vehicles to verify proper storage conditions for the product type, ensuring freedom from contamination (chemical, physical, or biological), per established standards and procedures. * Feed the drying furnace with firewood or other specified material. * Clean the work area, machines, and equipment, maintaining an organized, hygienic, and clean workspace. * Comply with Occupational Safety procedures, including participation in lectures and training sessions, use of PPE, and proper handling of machinery and equipment, among others. * Comply with Environmental and Quality standards and procedures, respecting and adhering to established standards and/or technical norms. * Fulfill responsibilities within the food quality and safety management system, meeting requirements, attending training sessions, reporting observed issues, complying with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Transportation and Storage practices, 5S, operational procedures, and the management system. * Understand and support the food quality and safety policy, as well as established KPIs. * Actively participate in Food Safety Team (FST) meetings, HACCP study reviews, training sessions, and other defined responsibilities — and encourage and support all colleagues in implementing food safety practices — if the employee is a member of the Food Safety Team (FST). * Monitor Critical Control Points (CCPs) and Preventive Process Controls (PPROs) as scheduled; immediately alert leadership in case of deviations and ensure prompt corrective action. * Follow the defined protocol and act independently during the process — not reporting to the immediate supervisor — if the employee is responsible for collecting samples for GMP+ scope analyses. * Utilize real-time online quality parameter measurement data, and for inspection points where such data is unavailable, collect representative samples for laboratory analysis, enabling results to support process control and improvement and product quality. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education. * Prior experience in this role. **Also see our benefits:** * Medical and dental assistance * + Meal allowance (On-site cafeteria OR meal voucher) * Private pension plan (BungePrev plan with employer contribution) * Life insurance * + Transportation allowance (Transportation voucher OR parking OR shuttle service) * Pharmacy network agreement * Daycare allowance (For female employees with children up to 5 years and 11 months old) * PLR — Profit and Results Sharing (Based on achievement of goals and results) * “Count on Us” Program — Personal guidance and support program for employees and dependents, delivered by specialized professionals to assist with psychological, social, or emotional matters. * Partnerships with TotalPass (gyms), Clube MMB (individual insurance), Dell, as well as universities and language schools. * Annual incentives, such as toys and Christmas baskets. * Benefits may vary depending on the job location. **Work Location:** Rio Grande/RS **Work Model: On-site
