Job Summary: A customer service professional providing multichannel support, reservation management, and maintaining internal and external communication in a dynamic environment. Key Highlights: 1. Multichannel customer service and support across various platforms. 2. Reservation management, payment processing, and information control. 3. Communication with internal departments, partners, and building concierge desks. CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT Responsibilities: * Provide support and respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, e\-mail, phone, and chat on accommodation platforms (Booking, Airbnb, etc.); * Execute check\-in and check\-out procedures using the system; * Enter reservations, record payments, and ensure accurate information control;\- Register users in building concierge systems where My Way operates; * Open and monitor maintenance tickets, ensuring timely follow\-up with customers; * Maintain consistent communication with internal departments, partners, and building concierge desks; * Conduct commercial visits when necessary. What We Seek: * A communicative individual with empathy and a focus on delivering an excellent customer experience; * Technological aptitude, comfortable learning and operating new systems and platforms; * Excellent writing skills and clear communication, as 90% of interactions occur via chat; * Strong organizational and time management skills, given the high volume of concurrent customer interactions. Preferred Qualifications: * Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree\- Prior experience in hospitality, tourism, or real estate customer service; * Familiarity with Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) such as Booking, Airbnb, etc.; * Knowledge of reservation management systems.
