Personal Competencies: * Excellent communication skills * Analytical ability * Systems thinking * Continuous improvement mindset Preferred Qualifications: * Experience with the Protheus (TOTVS) management system. * Proactively prospect new B2B clients in the agricultural, industrial, and automotive sectors via phone, WhatsApp, and email. * Identify and qualify leads according to the Inside Sales funnel criteria (sector, potential, product mix, region, history). * Ensure complete and standardized registration of prospective clients in the CRM and ERP systems (including CNPJ, contact details, business activity, sector, region, responsible person, commercial notes). * Schedule and forward qualified opportunities to the internal sales team (Inside Sales), following defined routing and distribution rules. * Maintain up-to-date CRM records with contact status, interaction history, and detailed notes. * Execute structured outreach sequences (phone, WhatsApp, and email), adhering to Imdepa’s sales scripts and playbooks. * Support marketing and market intelligence initiatives by feeding the CRM with response and engagement data. * Provide insights on customer profiles and potential markets to help refine prospecting strategies. * Achieve targets for number of contacts, qualified registrations, and generated opportunities, ensuring high performance and alignment with conversion KPIs. 251206020219784426
