





**RESPONSIBILITIES:** Position for inbound telemarketing, role of customer service representative. The activity consists of receiving calls from customers and providing information regarding services offered in the banking sector. Customers call seeking clarifications on customer service (SAC), card machines, branch services, etc. **REQUIREMENTS:** Completed high school education. Availability to work according to the stated schedule and shift. **WORK SCHEDULE:** From 3:00 PM to 9:20 PM on a 6×1 rotation (work 6 days, rest 1 day). The day off is not fixed; it is scheduled within the team’s roster and may fall on weekends or weekdays.
