





**TECH RECRUITER** **Job Description:** Support the recruitment and selection process for technology roles (development, data, infrastructure, among others). Perform resume screening, profile alignment, and interview scheduling. Create and publish job postings on specialized platforms, social media, and technology communities. Maintain active communication with candidates to ensure a positive experience throughout the hiring process. Participate in initial interviews and support the assessment of soft and hard skills. Update and manage the recruitment system (ATS), ensuring candidate information is organized. Prepare simple reports tracking job openings and recruitment metrics. **Requirements:** Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Administration, or related fields (can be in progress). Interest in recruiting technology professionals and familiarity with the IT market. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse candidate profiles. Organized with attention to detail to maintain efficiency in recruitment processes.
