




**RESPONSIBILITIES:** Responsibilities: Greet clients, assess their need for service, and direct them accordingly. Cash register opening and closing. Perform administrative support tasks within a veterinary clinic, including telephone customer service to address inquiries and provide assistance, data entry into the system, document organization, and test referrals. Organize and file patient medical records and laboratory test results, making them available as needed; prepare spreadsheets and management reports. **REQUIREMENTS:** Requirements: Flexible availability regarding working hours is required. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential. Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Ability to communicate and express ideas effectively. Prior experience in a veterinary clinic or pet shop is desirable.
