





**RESPONSIBILITIES:** In-person, telephone, and WhatsApp customer service; Scheduling of consultations, examinations, and grooming services; Document organization; Sale of medications and store items; Data entry into the system (e.g., attaching files and diagnostic reports to patient records); Patient registration; Billing and collection of payments; Other routine duties inherent to the position. **REQUIREMENTS:** Punctual and assiduous; Excellent communication skills; Proactive and welcoming; Reception experience; Agility and empathy. **WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, with a 1-hour break; Alternating Saturdays and Sundays, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with a 1-hour break. **BENEFITS:** Transportation allowance (VT).
