Join our team. **Responsibilities and duties** * Contribute to editorial planning and program production at Rádio Gaúcha; * Conduct source outreach and engagement, including pre-interviews; * Participate in live broadcasts when necessary; * Discuss story ideas and approaches with reporters and hosts; * Assist in producing special programs and external coverage when needed; * Monitor major news events and trends, suggesting story ideas that add editorial value. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed degree in Journalism, with professional registration; * Previous experience in journalistic production; * Familiarity with digital platforms and content integration; * Agile profile, attentive to current events, with strong adaptability; * Ability to work collaboratively in dynamic environments; * Availability for flexible working hours, including weekend shifts. **Additional information** RBS is made up of people.
