Job Summary: A professional responsible for translating user needs into functional and technical requirements, ensuring that technology solutions meet business demands. Key Highlights: 1. Act as a liaison between users and the IT team. 2. Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization. 3. Support the implementation of digital transformation projects. **Responsibilities:** * Understand user needs and translate them into functional and technical requirements; * Act as a liaison between users and the IT team; * Ensure that technology solutions meet business demands; * Monitor system deliveries, enhancements, and integrations; * Assist managers in prioritizing requests; * Evaluate the technical feasibility of new solutions; * Test developed functionalities (validation and acceptance testing); * Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization; * Map and propose improvements to internal processes and information flows; * Support the implementation of digital transformation projects; * Create user manuals and support user training. **Requirements:** * Completed bachelor's degree in related fields; * Experience with ERP systems; * Availability to work onsite in the center of Porto Alegre. * **Knowledge of the Sankhya system is a plus.** **Benefits:** * Meal Voucher: BRL 35.00 per business day; * Food Voucher: BRL 300.00 per month; * Conexa Saúde health plan; * WellHub (Gympass); * Benefits Club; * On-site cafeteria; * Unimed health and dental insurance.
