Job Summary: Seeks a professional to support the planning, management, and monitoring of the implementation of public education programs, coordinating with government agencies and the third sector. If you seek purpose-driven work and social engagement, join Instituto Unibanco in advancing quality public education :) Diversity is one of our core values; therefore, we actively encourage applications from Black and LGBTQIAPN\+ individuals in our selection processes. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support the planning, management, and monitoring of program implementation, contributing to stakeholder engagement and operational execution of activities; * Organize and analyze information on public education policies, preparing reports on the evolving maturity levels of partner states; * Support the production and analysis of qualitative and quantitative data, contributing to the application and revision of public policy tools within state education departments; * Organize and facilitate workshops for managers and technical teams in Monitoring and Evaluation (M\&A); * Coordinate relationships with government agencies and organizations from the third sector and private social investment; * Develop communication and mobilization initiatives to strengthen M\&A practices; * Support documentation, organization, and systematization of program implementation processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Public Administration, Social Sciences, Pedagogy, Social Communication, or related fields; * Postgraduate degree or master’s degree in Management, Public Administration, or Social Fields (preferred); * Experience or knowledge of public sector operations and education policies; * Interest in and alignment with the mission of public education; * Willingness to travel. **Additional Information** Founded in 1982, Instituto Unibanco — one of the organizations responsible for Itaú-Unibanco Group’s social investment — works to improve learning outcomes for students in public high schools and reduce educational inequalities in the public system through enhanced management practices.
