**Knowledge Requirements**
Microsoft Windows Pro (versions 10 or higher); Corporate antivirus tools (concepts, installation, support, and use of administrative console); Administration of Office 365 (Online), including: Exchange, permission management, Active Directory; Basic understanding of computer networks, such as TCP/IP protocols, routing, Windows firewall; Basic knowledge of IP telephony (regardless of the tool used).
**Responsibilities**
Support in administering corporate antivirus (FalconGo); Support in administering IBM MDM tools (mobile device management); Support in administering the Office 365 platform, internal network based on Active Directory, and all applications available in the suite (Office, SharePoint, Copilot, Exchange, OneDrive, and Planner); Support in administering telephony and Omnichannel Contact Center Xcontact tools (telephony, WhatsApp, and mobile lines); Support in administering CCTV equipment (DVRs and cameras); IT support focused on infrastructure, Microsoft Windows operating systems, applications, computer networks, multifunction devices, and peripherals in general; Leading and supporting the execution of infrastructure projects aligned with the responsibilities and technical expertise of the area; Administrative tasks related to financial control of the Technology department (related to administrative tools under the function’s responsibility, as listed above).
