Join one of the **country's most modern hospital complexes**, a Brazilian benchmark for **medical quality and safety**, and for the **humanity** demonstrated by its professionals—supported by innovative processes and equipment. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Supervise civil construction worker teams operating at concrete plants, civil construction sites, and railway worksites. * Prepare technical documentation and manage productive resources on-site (layout arrangements, equipment, materials, supplies, and work teams). * Monitor on-site productivity standards, including material and supply quality inspections; guidance on specifications, material flow and handling; and safety measures for worksite locations and equipment. * Administer the project schedule. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience in construction project management and team leadership. * Experience in hospital construction projects is a plus.
