Main responsibilities: Monitor fleet movement in real time through tracking and telematics systems. Monitor routes, schedules, and delivery compliance, ensuring efficiency and safety. Record incidents and report route deviations, delays, or risky situations. Support drivers with route information, stop points, and operational instructions. Prepare fleet performance reports and transportation KPIs. Assist in communication among logistics team, customers, and drivers Requirements: * Completed high school education (technical or undergraduate degree in Logistics, Administration, or related fields is desirable). * Knowledge of tax legislation applicable to transportation. * Experience in fleet monitoring. * Basic understanding of fleet control. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team.
