Description

Job Summary: Responsible for preparing, adjusting, and operating production machines, ensuring equipment quality and maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Operation and adjustment of production machines 2. Quality assurance and cleaning of machines 3. Preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment Requirements: * Completed High School; * Metrology; * Reading and interpretation of engineering drawings. Main Responsibilities: * Prepare, adjust, and operate production machines; * Ensure machine quality through execution of tests, frequency checks, and established standards; * Maintain machine cleanliness and sector organization; * Preserve equipment by performing corrective and preventive maintenance; * Conduct inspections on production parts according to the inspection checklist; * Perform rework on parts when necessary; * Keep the workplace clean and organized; * Prepare, replace tooling, and perform release as required by process documentation; * Execute daily routines inherent to the process (checklist, control routines, and other records); * Report production output and record production stoppages; * Resolve minor issues on own equipment, requesting corrective and preventive maintenance whenever necessary; * Execute non-conforming product reaction plan (PSQ\-413\).
