Job Summary: Monitor and verify daily activities, guide employees and interns, and support the site manager to ensure quality and safety. Key Highlights: 1. Support to the site manager in measurements and supplier evaluations **JOB OBJECTIVE:** Monitor and verify all daily activities according to standards and projects registered in Autodoc to ensure high-quality delivery; guide and supervise employees on correct execution methods and standard procedures per ETS, ITS, FVS; orient new interns by conveying daily routines and assigned tasks; support the safety department through training on proper use of PPE and collective protective equipment (CPE), as well as assist in safety inspections; support the site manager by conducting measurements, requesting materials, and evaluating suppliers. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Monitor and verify all daily activities according to standards and projects registered in Autodoc to ensure high-quality delivery. * Guide all employees on correct execution methods and standard procedures per ETS, ITS, FVS; orient new interns by conveying daily routines and assigned tasks. * Ensure product quality by supervising execution, providing information, and conducting ongoing training. * Use all PPE correctly and assist in safety supervision to prevent accidents on site. * Assist in organizing the construction site, including waste disposal, to avoid waste. * Support the safety department through training on proper use of PPE and CPE, as well as assist in safety inspections. * Support the site manager by conducting measurements, purchasing materials, scheduling, and evaluating suppliers. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Production Engineering, or Architecture. * Microsoft Office Suite * AutoCAD * Experience reading technical drawings Compensation Package: Fixed Salary ️ Meal Allowance Transportation Allowance or Fuel Allowance Performance Bonus ✅ Attendance Bonus Premium Health Insurance Dental Insurance Birthday Day Off ️ Life Insurance Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree
