This is Brazil's first cooperative financial institution, where the business model builds a value chain that benefits members, the cooperative, and the local community, offering over 300 financial products and services. **Responsibilities and Duties:*** Analyze, develop, and test applications using appropriate methodologies and procedures for implementation, aiming to rationalize and/or automate work processes and routines, adhering to architectural, infrastructure, and operational standards in system development; * Support technical and functional definitions based on business needs, indicating system capabilities and constraints to best formulate functional and non-functional requirements; * Document and maintain up-to-date records of the developed system architecture and applications to ensure all development stakeholders remain informed. Create supplementary documentation, such as operational instructions or data consistency correction guidelines, as required by users; * Monitor the performance and efficiency of developed systems and applications, providing technical support when necessary; * Support the planning and execution of system testing to ensure functional and non-functional quality criteria for applications; * Ensure that all data processed or manipulated is maintained at the highest level of integrity and confidentiality; * Address incidents and investigate system issues to ensure operational stability and continuity; * Develop, integrate, and maintain APIs for system integration. **Required Skills and Qualifications:*** Knowledge of Relational Databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Non-Relational Databases (MongoDB, Redis); * Knowledge of Spring Boot standard MVC; * Knowledge of Java 8/11/17/21; * Knowledge of Unit and Integration Testing. **Desired Skills and Qualifications:*** Knowledge of Clipper and PL/SQL; * Familiarity with Event-Driven Architecture using Apache Kafka; * Familiarity with Microservices Architecture; * Familiarity with Continuous Integration and Automation; * Experience working in teams applying Agile methodologies for development.
