Job Summary: We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Logistics Assistant to work with processes, control, and product shipping. Key Highlights: 1. Organization of the shipping department and support in inventory control. 2. Order tracking, verifying quantities and deadlines. 3. Execution of product quality control processes. Position: Logistics Assistant Location: R. Dr. Freire Alemão – Mont'Serrat, Porto Alegre Work Schedule: 6 days on / 1 day off (shift to be agreed upon) Salary: R$ 2.047,00 Benefits: Transportation Voucher (VT) + medical and dental insurance (after probation period) + meal allowance + career development plan + 30% discount on company products Employment Type: CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) About the Opportunity: We are seeking a Logistics Assistant to join our team! Responsibilities: * Execute product quality control processes; * Package, weigh, and prepare products for shipping; * Track orders, verifying quantities and deadlines; * Issue and verify electronic invoices (NF-e); * Issue bank payment slips (boletos); * Monitor product distribution logistics; * Organize the shipping department and support inventory control; * Complete spreadsheets and internal control records; * Provide corporate customer service. Requirements: * Basic knowledge of Excel; * Organization, responsibility, and attention to detail; * Basic knowledge of logistics, shipping, or order control; * Prior experience issuing electronic invoices is desirable.
