If you are passionate about connecting business areas with the technical team, organizing requests, ensuring process efficiency, and strategically overseeing projects, this is the perfect opportunity to take the next step in your career within a dynamic and innovative environment. **Your responsibilities:** Organize and prioritize technology team requests; Serve as the primary point of contact between business areas and the technical team; Define functional and operational scopes for projects and requests; Monitor schedules, deadlines, and development status; Ensure alignment among all departments involved in projects; Follow up on deliverables and dependencies from non-technical departments to maintain project flow; Identify and remove barriers and impediments; Report project status, risks, and progress to internal stakeholders; Facilitate communication between technical teams and business areas; Support continuous improvement of processes and request organization within the technology area; Participate in agile ceremonies and routines. **Prerequisites:** Bachelor’s degree completed in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Administration, Project Management, or related fields; Minimum 3 years of experience managing technology projects; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Organized, proactive profile with strong prioritization ability; Experience overseeing multidisciplinary projects; Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or similar); Ability to interact effectively with both technical and business areas; Capability to lead meetings, alignments, and follow-ups; Analytical mindset focused on problem solving. **Nice-to-haves:** Technical background or prior software development experience; Experience with digital products, platforms, or internal systems; Experience working at technology, innovation, or digital transformation companies; Familiarity with project and task management tools (Jira, Trello, Monday, ClickUp, or similar). **What we offer:** Meal/food allowance (BRL 37 per day); Transportation voucher or mobility allowance; 100% scholarship for public exam or financial certification prep courses \+ 3 additional scholarships per year to gift to friends or family; Soda available in the office; Fresh fruit available in the office; Birthday day off and referral reward day off (refer a friend); Pool table, arcade games, and lounge chairs for comfort and relaxation during breaks; Unimed health and dental plan (100% company-paid) after probation period.
