The **Apprentice** at AESC will work at the Administrative Activities Office, Mãe de Deus Hospital, Mãe de Deus Hospital \- Carlos Gomes Unit, and the Integrated Oncology Center, supporting administrative and operational processes, always in alignment with the Mission, Vision, and ethical, moral, and human values grounded in the principles of the Congregation of the Missionary Sisters of St. Charles Borromeo Scalabrinianas. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist in administrative and operational processes, such as systems, spreadsheets, e\-mails, document verification, and printing; * Support colleagues and phone reception. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Be aged between 16 and 24 years; * Currently enrolled in or have completed high school. **Additional Information** **Additional Information:** **Schedule:** * From 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. or * From 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM. **Benefits:** * Practical and theoretical training; * Opportunity to develop essential skills for the job market; * Training allowance; * Transportation voucher; * Mental health telehealth services, extended to family members; * Birthday Day Off (per current policy). Founded in 1962, AESC originated from the Congregation of the Missionary Sisters of St. Charles Borromeo\-Scalabrinianas, present in Rio Grande do Sul since 1915, who established themselves here to welcome and care for, especially, migrants facing socioeconomic and cultural vulnerability in their countries and places of origin. Today, we have over 4,000 collaborators across education, health, and social responsibility. Our social responsibility unit operates in Caxias do Sul, with the Migrant Assistance Center. Our education units operate in Farroupilha, Colégio Nossa Senhora de Lourdes in Caxias do Sul, Colégio São Carlos, and Santa Vitória do Palmar, Colégio São Carlos. Our health units operate in Porto Alegre, with hospitals and reference services in Rio Grande do Sul and Brazil — Mãe de Deus Hospital, Santa Ana Hospital, and Psychosocial Care Centers — and in Capão da Canoa, Santa Luzia Hospital.
