If you are passionate about crafting impactful narratives, connecting people through relevant content, and collaborating with creative ideas in a dynamic environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. **Your responsibilities:** Develop strategic social media plans aligned with the marketing funnel and vertical goals; Produce and review scripts, copy, and editorial calendars for posts, stories, videos, and campaigns; Edit videos and cut lessons or speeches into Reels, Shorts, and TikTok clips (using CapCut, OpusClip, or similar tools); Create graphics and layouts in Canva (or supervise design creation when necessary); Manage the posting calendar in ClickUp and Meta Business Suite, ensuring consistent rhythm, consistency, and quality in deliverables; Conduct monthly performance analyses, presenting reports and insights in Metabase or internal dashboards; Monitor market trends and propose new creative approaches, formats, and content; Collaborate synergistically with Paid Media, Copywriting, Product Owners, Audiovisual, and HR teams to maximize reach, engagement, and conversion; Maintain visual and verbal brand consistency across all social media platforms; Contribute clear briefings and strategic guidance to the creative team; Leverage digital tools and generative AI (ChatGPT, Turboscribe, Captions, OpusClip, Dupe, Pinterest, Freepik, etc.) to optimize production. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising and Public Relations, Journalism, Public Relations, or related fields; More than 2 years of proven experience working as a Social Media professional (agency, edtech, or multi-brand companies preferred); Experience in social media planning and management; Proficiency in editing short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, TikTok); Ability to write copy and scripts for various content formats; Knowledge of graphic creation and layout design in Canva; Ability to interpret metrics and generate performance reports; Proficiency in major platforms: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn; Familiarity with tools and systems used by the team, including: ChatGPT, CapCut, Canva, Meta Business Suite, ClickUp, Metabase, Pinterest, Bitly, Notion, OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox, and Outlook. **Preferred qualifications:** Experience with branding projects, seasonal campaigns, and product launches. **What we offer:** Meal/food allowance (R$35 per day); Transportation allowance or mobility assistance; 100% scholarship for public sector exam prep or financial certification courses + 3 additional scholarships per year to gift to friends or family; Soda available in the office; Fresh fruit available in the office; Birthday day off and referral reward day off (refer a friend); Pool table, arcade games, and lounge chairs for comfort and relaxation during breaks; Unimed health and dental insurance (only R$1 payroll deduction after probation period).
