Support internal departments to enhance service excellence and increase customer satisfaction. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Develop training content for technical training in refrigeration and other product lines sold. * Evaluate the learning process using appropriate tools and propose improvements to applied methodologies. * Deliver technical training to promote employee development and qualification. * Specify materials and accessories required for practical classes. * Organize logistics and manage training activities under your responsibility. * Prepare monitoring and evaluation reports for training sessions, assessing participant performance and qualification levels. * Deliver training to sales teams during the opening of new branches. * Provide technical support to internal departments on products and their applications. * Stay\-updated on innovations, technical standards, and new product launches in the industry. * Contribute to continuous improvement of training programs. **Basic Requirements** * Technical vocational course in Refrigeration is desirable. * Solid knowledge of refrigeration and other product lines sold. * Experience in technical training or professional development. ### **Desired Requirements** * Experience in sales of refrigeration products and other product lines sold. * Availability for travel.
