Job Summary: A professional to supervise implementation activities, establish schedules, identify client processes, and oversee solutions to ensure quality and timeliness. Key Highlights: 1. Ensures quality and timeliness in implementation solutions Supervise implementation activities to meet project requirements and client needs. Establish the implementation schedule with various work stages, defining dates, conditions, and responsibilities of all parties. Identify the client's operational structure and existing processes to estimate training duration and stages. Supervise implementation solutions to meet quality and timeliness requirements for each activity. Issue and analyze specific Operations performance reports to review service quality. Supervise team compliance with obligations. Organize, under management guidance, monthly field consultant travel arrangements, ensuring strong client relationships and seeking continuous improvement for the company.
