Creating and managing service requests in the system. Telephone and on-site technical support for clients in Rio Grande do Sul (RS) and Santa Catarina (SC), with potential future expansion to other states. Creating and managing service requests in the system. Preparation of various reports and spreadsheets. Previous experience as an Electroelectronics Technician, Automation Technician, Electronic Systems Technician, or Electronic Maintenance Technician may indicate suitability for some of the activities in this role. Completed technical education required.
