As an HR apprentice, your responsibilities and duties include: * Assisting with recruitment and selection processes; * Organizing and conducting onboarding for new employees; * Supporting internal communication activities, announcements, and bulletin boards; * Assisting with endomarketing initiatives, events, and product launches for unit employees; * Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment; * Complying with safety, quality, and conduct standards in line with company values.
