Description: What are we looking for? You will work at the core of problem resolution for a global leader ERP multinational. We are seeking an analytical profile who understands programming logic to investigate critical incidents. Your role is not to develop from scratch, but rather to use your ABAP knowledge to perform deep dives into code, identify bugs, and propose technical fixes. Main responsibilities: * Act as an advanced-level support engineer, analyzing incidents requiring code reading. * Perform ABAP debugging to identify the root cause (Root Cause Analysis) of failures in global environments. * Analyze system traces, dumps, and error logs in SAP S/4HANA or ECC. * Report structural defects to the global Development Engineering team. * Work with SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform), analyzing integration logs (a differentiator—we’ll train you!) Requirements: * Advanced English conversational level (you will interact with customers from around the world). * Solid knowledge of programming logic and ABAP (focus on reading and debugging). * Proficiency in SQL (joins, complex selects, data analysis). * Bachelor’s degree in IT (Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, etc.).
