Customer support and IT inventory **Position: Internship – Hardware and Software Technician (On-site)** Advice Informática is seeking an intern to work in the Hardware and Software area, supporting the technical team in internal service delivery and equipment operation. Responsibilities: Assist in diagnosing and resolving hardware issues; \- Provide basic support for corporate software; \- Assemble, clean, and maintain computers; \- Organize and update the IT inventory; \- Support the technical team in operational tasks. \- Open service tickets; \- Initiate initial contact with customers via WhatsApp, email, or phone; \- Collect necessary information for diagnostic preparation; Desired Profile: \- Organization, attention to detail, and commitment to processes; \- Strong communication skills and ability to clearly record information; \- Proactivity and willingness to learn; Requirements: \- Currently enrolled in an Information Technology program – Technical Level, Higher Education Level, IT, or related fields; Currently enrolled in a technology-related course; \- Organization and attention to detail; \- Willingness to learn and grow in the technical field; \- Strong communication skills. \- Availability for 100% on-site work in Porto Alegre. Advantages: \- Prior experience in the sector; \- Basic knowledge of computer assembly and maintenance; \- Familiarity with Windows operating systems.
